Dilemma

I have to make a choice between 2 beautiful apartments now!

The first one is with My apartment in Miami blog

And it is on South Beach but 30 mins from school

I will be driving against traffic (good) ...but only one brigde leads in and out

So God forbid there's an accident, they'll be no alternative way

This other one is just 12mins from school

In the heart of everything

And it is a cottage... like a whole Bungalow!

But I am still lobbying for it

The thing is though, I have already sent a deposit to the 1st lady

and I will feel bad calling her to cancel

Do you think I should if this other one falls through?

And yes, they are the same price!
