Crampful day

I would go out today and get something done with my life, but i am debilitated by my cramps!
urgh..i just hate these days of my life!
its funny, some people describe it as a visitor you hate to have but one you beg and pray for if you don't see it!
not necessarily because the person is preggy but also because (like i've been learning lately) it could be a problem going on in your body, especially your brain
so, yes, thank God he has made me healthy again this month!
ha
so since i'll be home for the most of the day, i decided to be useful with my time and blog
nothing in particular comes to mind so i'm gonna talk about anything

so the names are in for the superlatives for awards in my class for the banquet
and yours truly is nominated for best dressed
it's all good because i truly enjoy dressing up
but i hate that it has now become like a competition
i mean i had this girl come up to me and was like "i think you're best dressed after me"
i think she was drunk, but what better time to hear what is really on someone's mind like when they have no control over thier speech!
so i just smiled and continued jisting with my friend...it was at a restaurant
i actually know people who are taking the award thingie personal as per campaining for people to vote for them, so high-schoolish hugh?
i know, but unfortunately we still have some med students that should still be in high school
its all gravy though...i'll let y'all know how it turns out
i just don't like the unnecessary pressure
like everyone is now looking to critisize everything you wear!

on other notes, my 2nd major exam was yesterday and i think it went really well
i pray the results are really well too

i was asking someone the other day
which relationship do you think is more realistic?
a Naija male driver and a Naija female lawyer
or
a white male lawyer and a Naija female lawyer
that is, is culture more important in sustaining a relationship or is social class more vital?

In the first scenario, they will understand each other's mannerism and way of life but there will still be that complex especially since the female is the professional
and in the second scenario, they will be able to relate on the same level and have similar friends and not have to apologise for thier successes but then they'll be the issue of culture. As in when there is a misunderstanding, you don't know if it's just your partner or if it is a cultural thing.
